I’m pushing everyone close to me away all because don’t trust anyone anymore. Its been slowly get worse since high school and its hard for me to make/keep friends now. HELP!!
you can’t do it by yourself. talk to a counsellor or your doctor about treatment options - either medication, therapy or both!!~!
